I've spent my career figuring out how people actually navigate complex systems and specialized challenges. I'm genuinely curious about how people approach their goals and manage their daily workflows.

I focus on turning real human behavior into clear strategic direction. In practice, that means finding exactly where a user's process hits a wall and bringing those facts to the product team. We stop guessing. We start building the roadmap based on how people actually work.

My path started in academic health research (which included work with older adults managing their health & wellness) before I moved into the tech industry. This journey has given me the chance to apply my research skills to a wide variety of users and products, from B2B/B2C SaaS platforms to complex, industrial automation software.

Ultimately, I believe the best research reduces risk, helps teams avoid building the wrong thing, and empowers them to make strategic decisions with confidence.
